Hi! I'm Julie Lakin and Real Estate Agent for Keller Williams in Roseville, CA. I was raised in a small farm town of 500 people. The town is Maxwell, Ca and its about 1.5 hours north of Sacramento on I-5. I grew up on a farm raising animals and watching my Dad harvest the crops around our farmhouse.
Growing up in a small town makes you wonder about what else is out there. Eventually I moved to Sacramento. I felt like a little fish in a big pond but every day was an adventure. Every day I learned more about my beautiful city and surroundings. The more I learned, the more I loved about it. I have several family members in the Sacramento area that are successful agents and it made me very curious about real estate. The more I learned, the more I was drawn to it. I moved to Roseville almost 2 years ago so I am still exploring my beautiful new city.
All roads lead to home is my motto. Regardless of how someone grew up, what they had or didn't have, everyone wants a sense of belonging somewhere. I was a single Mom for many years. I am remarried to a CHP Officer. I am a bonus Mom to 2 exceptional kids plus we have a 2 year old now that blended our family even more. I have always been a working Mom so I know how to juggle many tasks. I am a very driven and motivated person because having tasks not done drive me crazy.
